NGUPI Warong Kami

NGUPI Warong Kami is a café in Taman Mewah, Kamunting. The café caters to the breakfast crowd, and is usually open for business just before 7.00 am.

Coffees served here are americanos, lattes, cocoa, mocha, crème brûlée, and macchiatos. Other drinks are a strawberry drink, fruit punch, coco pandan, and melon squash.

The food served here are local Malay cuisine with their very own signature recipes: nasi lemak terlena (white rice steamed in coconut milk and pandan leaf, “terlena” means “fell asleep”!), nasi lemak telur sotong (white rice steamed in coconut milk and pandan leaf with squid eggs), nasi lemak rendang itik (white rice steamed in coconut milk and pandan leaf with duck rendang), nasi daging air asam (white rice with stir-fried beef in sour sauce).

NGUPI Warong Kami is a halal café, owned and operated by Muslims.
