Restoran Mo Salah is a nasi kandar restaurant located along Jalan Kamunting, along the same row of shops as iCare Pharmacy, and directly beside Hair Effect Studio.
Restoran Mo Salah’s menu mainly consists of rice with servings of side dishes that include fried chicken, chicken curry, chicken korma, chicken in black sauce, chicken with sautéed onions, beef in black sauce, mutton curry, fried eggs, calamari eggs, squid, and a choice of vegetable dishes.
The food is very authentic South Indian Muslim cuisine, and is highly recommended.
Biryani rice is served on Fridays.
Fried dishes such as noodles and kuey teow are also available later in the afternoon till closing time.
Restoran Mo Salah is owned and operated by a family of Indian Muslim (i.e. mamak) Taiping residents.
