The Chinese Pagoda is located in a section of the Lake Gardens. It was constructed in the 1970s, with authentic Chinese traditional architecture and designs originating from China. The bridge is very often used as a backdrop for wedding photography. In Chinese culture, it is believed newlyweds should walk across the Pagoda to manifest success and overcome future challenges as a married couple.
The bridge it is situated on leads deeper into the Lake Gardens.
The Chinese Pagoda is stop number 4 on the Taiping Heritage Trail.
