TMpoint Taiping

TMpoint Taiping is the local branch office for Telekom Malaysia and unifi services. The building where the customer service counters and kiosks are is just beside the Taiping Post Office. The Taiping TMpoint is part of a much larger building complex, the Telekom Malaysia Building, or Bangunan TM, with a multi-storey office building beside the TMpoint building serving as a base of operations for Telekom Malaysia and unifi services in the region. Also nearby is the Taiping Telegraph Museum.

Parking near the TMpoint can be a bit difficult as many motorists compete for spots in the area. An easy alternative is to request permission to park within the grounds of the Telekom Malaysia Building. Enter the small road between the Post Office and the TMpoint and turn to your right as you approach a gated guardhouse. There is no alternative as the road is a dead end. Ask the guards if they’ll allow you to park for a short while within the building’s parking area.
