Thai Mookata Buffet

Thai Mookata Buffet (泰香味火锅) is a Thai mookata (หมูกระทะ) restaurant located along Jalan Kota in Taiping, occupying the Shun Tak Association building. Mookata is a Thai word which roughly translates to “pork skillet”. The main dishes in this restaurant are based on pork recipes, served in an all-you-can-eat buffet style.

The ambiance in this restaurant is fantastic, owing a lot to the architecture and layout of the building.

The restaurant has two pricing schemes:

• RM38.00 for adults
• RM24.00 for children between 7 and 12 years of age, and senior citizens aged 65 and above
• Kids aged 6 and below eat for free

Business hours:

• 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm, daily.
