Delicious Bites Cafe

Delicious Bites is a restaurant located along Jalan Assam Kumbang, where the used car dealers in Taiping are mostly located. The building is a large colonial-era house that has been converted into a commercial property, much like the other old houses along this street.

There is curbside parking available outside the premises.

Outdoor dining is available for an alfresco dining experience.

The menu available here is more focused on western food: grilled beef, lamb, and chicken steaks, french fries, pasta, burgers, fish & chips, and various other dishes are served.

Local Malay cuisine served include satay, patin tempoyak (river catfish with durian paste), asam pedas (sweet and sour broth) with a choice of stingray, daging tetel, chicken, or ikan kembung (Indian Mackerel); masak lemak cili api with a choice of chicken, ikan kembung (Indian Mackerel), or daging tetel; variations of nasi goreng, and soups.

Drinks served are teas, coffees, milkshakes, chocolate, and fruit juices.
