Sarvesh Restaurant (Restoran Sarvesh) is an Indian restaurant located along Jalan Pasar, a few doors away from the Tsen Loong Bazaar. It is a family-owned restaurant with a very home-cooked feel to the food, and is very popular among the breakfast and lunch crowd. The restaurant serves vegetarian food alongside non-vegetarian food.
Main dishes served are chicken curry, chicken peratal, chicken varuval, fried chicken, fried fish, fish curry, lamb/ mutton curry, lamb/ mutton peratal, sodhi, and rassam. The restaurant usually serves between 4 and 6 different vegetable dishes. Their fried cauliflower and fried bitter gourd are really good.
Snacks and light food usually served are masala vadai, ulundu vadai, thosai, appam, poori, chapati, roti canai, kesari, and noodles. These are usually available in the mornings and late afternoon, around 3 pm.
Sarvesh Restaurant opens at 7 am and closes at 7.30 pm daily.
