Semmoli

Semmoli is an Indian restaurant located along Jalan Pasar, a few doors away from the Taiping Market.

The restaurant serves traditional Malaysian-Indian food. Grab a plate of rice and choose your accompanying dishes from the servers at the food counter.

Dishes served here are fried chicken, chicken curry, lamb/ mutton curry, fish curry, fried fish, many different vegetable dishes, rassam, and many others. Their vegetarian biryani is highly recommended.

Chapati, thosai, idli with chutney, and poori are available in the mornings and late afternoon.

Beverages served are fresh milk, teas, coffees, Nescafe, Milo, and fruit juices. Masala tea with fresh milk is highly recommended.

The restaurant prepares food from halal sources and ingredients.

Semmoli is open from 7 am to 7 pm daily.
