Kak Shida Bakery

Kak Shida Bakery is a bakery and party supplies store based in Jalan Panggung Wayang, Taiping, on the ground floor of what used to be the Taiping Jaya shopping mall.

The bakery bakes fresh cakes and pastries on-premise. Cake designs for birthdays and special events can be chosen from ready templates or based off your own ideas. Popular food items here here are cheesecakes, moist chocolate cakes, the bakery’s signature Kek Hantu (which translates to Ghost Cake in Malay, made from cream cheese with chocolate ganache), brownies, and tarts.

Kak Shida Bakery is owned and operated by Muslims. Food is prepared from halal ingredients and halal sources, but the bakery is yet to be JAKIM-certified.
