Flemington Hotel

Flemington Hotel is located at a very famous intersection (which is now a roundabout) in the more scenic part of Lake Gardens. Arguably the hotel location with the best views and access to Taiping Lake Gardens and the surrounding areas.

Exiting the hotel, a short, scenic walk to your right following the lake will lead you to Taiping Zoo. To your left, a shorter walk  will take you to the Lake Gardens’ cafe and boat house. Walk a little further and you will reach a McDonalds, and a large parking area, where there are more bikes available for rent. There are many landmarks and historical buildings within the vicinity of the hotel, and is a great point to begin your exploration of Taiping.

The hotel is rather busy and it is best to call ahead or email them about room availability during your intended stay. Peak seasons are during school holidays and festive seasons (during May & June, then November thru January) and the hotel is usually fully booked during the period.
